The location was stunning in the garden in the late afternoon. And we were short walk to lovely parks and gardens, and Clevedon beach and pier. Overall it was recently refurbished and large with a bath.
The bathroom was a bit small.

I got well-equipped room with a great view, the atmosphere of a 1950's railway cafe and a tea as advertised. The service was very good, including a fresh made breakfast with stunning views, mushrooms and bullet "eggs. The location was beautiful, near to the pubs along the sea front allofwhich serve perfectly good meals, a cliff top overlooking the Severn Estuary and the main centre. Also, the place was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Ladye Bay.
